TACSA, a company dedicated to the organic coating of metal parts, began its
activity in 1988 with a first floor of 2,400 m2. in the town of Santa Coloma
de Cervelló, which was followed in 1998 by the Barcelona Zona Franca plant of 7,250 m2.
In 2018, the Logistics warehouse of 1,600 m2 was incorporated in Zona Franca.
It has a continuous type Cataphoresis treatment line and a Powder Coating line. The gauge of both facilities is 2600 x 1600 x 600 mm.
The logistics center located in the Zona Franca de Barcelona serves as support, complementing the logistics activities in a 1,600 m2 plant in which assemblies and assemblies are also carried out.
The Cataphoresis line is of the TAG type (discontinuous) specialized in the treatment of cast and forged parts and aluminum parts. The gauge is 2400 x 1600 x 600 mm.
Our Integral service includes, in addition to the technical requirements of our customers (pretreatment, cataphoresis and finishing painting), assembly and mounting, as well as packaging and logistics for delivery to the end customer. In this way we help our clients to reduce the costs of the value chain.

We manage the treatment with a Partner with whom we collaborate closely to ensure compatibility between Electrogalvanizing and Cataphoresis treatments.
We have processes for the preparation of metal parts guaranteeing the best adhesion and maintenance of the technical qualities of the coatings: shot blasting, degreasing, phosphating, etc.
Process based on the electrostatic projection of paint, with thicknesses between 60 and 150um, in a wide range of colors and textures, resistant to corrosion and chemical agents.
Reference process in the Automotive sector, based on electrodeposition by immersion, with a controlled and uniform thickness (15-45um) over the entire surface of the part. Very high degree of resistance to corrosion and high mechanical resistance properties.
We work directly or indirectly with the main OM's and Tier 1, from
automotive as well as from other sectors.
