{"id":3132,"date":"2026-06-01T09:20:33","date_gmt":"2026-06-01T09:20:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tacsa.com\/?p=3132"},"modified":"2026-06-01T09:32:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T09:32:13","slug":"projecte-per-a-la-millora-de-la-capacitat-productiva-de-la-planta-de-pintura-en-pols-de-tacsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tacsa.com\/en\/projecte-per-a-la-millora-de-la-capacitat-productiva-de-la-planta-de-pintura-en-pols-de-tacsa\/","title":{"rendered":"Project for improving the productive capacity of Tacsa&#8217;s powder coating plant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TACSA has launched its new powder coating line, expanding the production capacity of its plant through an initiative supported by ACCI\u00d3 and the Departament d\u2019Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project responds to the growing demand in the automotive sector, particularly linked to technological transformation and vehicle electrification, as well as to the new projects awarded by VOLVO TRUCKS, which require higher production volumes and increasingly advanced processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new line, equipped with Industry 4.0 manufacturing technologies, incorporates 6-axis robots, advanced paint recovery systems, intelligent monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
