{"id":2289,"date":"2024-11-26T09:49:26","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T09:49:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tacsa.com\/?p=2289"},"modified":"2025-05-30T13:20:38","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T13:20:38","slug":"project-to-implement-simulation-tools-to-optimize-the-position-of-the-garment-within-the-frame","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tacsa.com\/en\/project-to-implement-simulation-tools-to-optimize-the-position-of-the-garment-within-the-frame\/","title":{"rendered":"Project to implement simulation tools to optimize the position of the garment within the frame."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company TACSA &#8211; Tratamientos y Acabados por Cataforesis S.A. has developed the project &#8220;Artificial Vision for the optimization of the position of the part within the frame&#8221; which has been subsidized with the support of ACCI\u00d3 within the framework of the Advanced Digital Technologies Coupons program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The objective of the DIH4CAT (eurecat) project is to develop a system that, depending on the morphology of the part to be painted, can show us the best position within the bath to avoid both air bubbles and liquid retention.<br \/>\nBy using this simulation system we will be able to considerably reduce the design time of the different frames, directly impacting on the improvement of competitiveness.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tacsa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Eines-simulacio.png\" alt=\"View of image 1 and image 2\" width=\"810\" height=\"360\" \/><figcaption>View of image 1 and image 2<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation tools have been used. These are tools for analyzing and simulating the behavior of fluids and their interaction on a submerged body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Several inclinations have been simulated to see if the system is able to detect the behaviour of the fluid.
