TACSA is a leading metal coating company located in Barcelona and Santa Coloma de Cervell\u00f3. Since its founding in 1988, it has stood out for offering a comprehensive metal coating service by cataphoresis<\/a> and powder painting<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The company started with a 2.400 m\u00b2 plant in Santa Coloma de Cervell\u00f3, specialized in E-Coating. This process deposits paint on metal parts through electrodeposition, creating a uniform, corrosion-resistant layer, perfect for the automotive industry.<\/p>\n

Our second factory for our metal coating tech<\/h2>\n

In 1998, TACSA inaugurated a second plant of 7.250 m\u00b2 in the Free Trade Zone of Barcelona. Consequently, this expansion allowed us to increase production capacity and add a powder coating line. Specifically, this line applies a layer of thermosetting paint through electrostatic spraying, thereby offering excellent resistance to chemical agents and adverse environmental conditions.<\/p>\n

New logistics warehouse<\/h2>\n

In 2018, TACSA added a 1,600 m\u00b2 logistics warehouse in the same area. This center supports production activities with assembly, assembly and packaging services, allowing TACSA to offer a comprehensive service to its customers, optimizing the value chain and reducing operating costs and improving production.<\/p>\n

The company is distinguished by its commitment to quality and the environment.<\/a> It uses advanced pretreatment processes, such as shot blasting and phosphating, to ensure optimal adhesion of the coatings.
